These Terms & Conditions apply to all equipment and services supplied by Carlingford Party Hire Ltd (“Carlingford Party Hire”, “CPH”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
The person or organisation making the booking is referred to as “the Hirer”.
By making a booking, paying a deposit or accepting delivery/installation of equipment, the Hirer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings & Payment
A booking is only confirmed once the required booking deposit has been received and confirmation has been issued by Carlingford Party Hire.
The remaining balance must be paid by the date stated on the booking confirmation.

Carlingford Party Hire reserves the right to cancel, postpone, refuse installation or stop the use of equipment where we reasonably consider conditions to be unsafe.
This may include high winds, heavy rain, lightning, flooding, unsuitable ground conditions, unsafe access, equipment failure or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where Carlingford Party Hire cancels a booking because we cannot safely provide the booked service, we will offer an alternative date or appropriate refund in accordance with the Hirer’s statutory rights.
