Blackrock was on our list of areas from the day we started, alongside Dundalk, Newry and the Cooley villages, and it sits just south of Dundalk town. Where an inflatable can go

Every inflatable has to be set up on private property in an enclosed garden. We cannot set up on hard ground or communal areas, so the promenade, the beach and shared greens are not possible. If you have the garden for it, the inflatables run from a 12ft A frame castle at €90 to the 45ft obstacle course at €190, weekend 1 day hire. The 45ft Multi Coloured Lizard joins the range in April 2027.

For a one day hire, setup is by 11am and pick up from 6pm. Those times can move: sometimes we set up earlier or the night before, and sometimes we collect later that evening or the next day.

When the garden will not work

The New Adventure Playhouse, available from November 2026, was built for this. It is a 21.3ft three-storey soft play trailer that can be positioned at the front of suitable homes, so you need neither a large back garden nor side access. It is enclosed and all-weather, and it can be a calmer, sensory-friendly space than a big open setup. Pricing is seasonal, from €180 for a midweek day between October and March, and midweek bookings of 3 days, Monday to Thursday, get the 4th day free.

Or take the party indoors. Mobile soft play goes on foam mats from €90, and from October to March the indoor hall bundle deal puts an obstacle course, a bouncy castle, 5 Didi cars and a mini soft play area into a hall for €190 plus hall rental.

Extras for the day

• Didi cars: a set of 5 for €60 a day, overnight €20 more.
• Face painting: contact us for details.
• Gazebo: black 3m x 4.5m, €120 a day. Sides add €40 and an artificial grass floor adds €60.
• Hot tub: 4 to 6 person, from €160 for 1 day.

Every inflatable we hire is insured and holds a current Certificate of Safety, and we are members of the Irish Inflatable Hirers Federation.
